C to the A

We started our day at California Adventure with a little parade and then it was down to business to make sure we saw "the one that got away".
Besides the Princesses, Maycee only cared about one other character - Jessie. We were cheated out of seeing her at Disneyland the first day and Maycee was devestated. I was determined to not let it happen again...

She was a bit shy but lovery every minute of talking to Jessie and constantly asks to see the pictures of her and Jessie. And, as a bonus look who showed up just as we were done...Maybe one day these two will go on their first date in a car just like "Lightning"Bugs Life show...worst idea for any kid under the age of 5. Monsen Fam We ended our night with the World of Color show on the water. Maycee sang every song and loved the shows on the water...great way to end a wonderful trip. Thanks for everything Monsens!!

Snow Way!!!!

Lucky for Maycee she has some pretty awesome Unlces! The first sunday in April when we got a massive snow storm instead of sunshine, Uncle made the best of it and lead maycee into the white fresh fallen snow to explore, make her first snow angel, and have her first snow ball fight (pretty sad I know...2 yrs old and we never palyed in the snow with her!). She had a blast and I loved watching her while sitting by the warm fire. Thanks Unlce Lanny...we love you so much!!Trudging through the cold snow...She had so much fun throwing the snow! She got Uncle Landon pretty good...Took some convincing but her got her to lay down in the snow...but she loved the end creation!She has been making snow angels inside ever since. Loading up some amo!

Just Caryn

One of my best friend's from way back when turned 30 at the end of March. Her cute husband set up a little surprise lunch on her birthday...it was so fun to celebrate with these two ladies and remenisce about the last 17 years! Love you Caryn! An Ice Show

KC planned to take Maycee to see the princesses and Jessie skate on ice. I somehow managed to crash the party and Layla and I joined them for Disney on Ice. Maycee was througouly entertained the entire night and kept yelling to the charchters on the ice trying to talk to them. So fun...loved watching her enjoy it! She wanted it all!!!Waving to all the princessesLayla enjoyed herself...Pretty sure Maycee may have been more excited to see Jesse and when she finally made an appearance Maycee was extacic! Yep...I sprang for the $12 snowcone...go ahead laugh and taunt, but she was the happiest little girl! That's all I care about!This is how mad she was when it was over...did not want to leave the arena.

Hawaii, Why not??

We were longing for the sun and warmth after way too much snow and cold so we packed up and flew to Hawaii. We didn't do much except lay by the pool and play a little on the beach and it was just what we needed. So Happy to be in the pool!!

Then the water came, and she was done.
It was fun to have KC's parents with us...they were so fun to be with and a huge help with the girls!

Valentines Day 2011 was not much to remember...except a couple pictures...
