Homesick...
I went with my Dad and brothers to the Utah/Louisville game way back in September...It made me a little homesick for the great job I had at the U and all the people I used to work with. I realized how much I really miss all the crazy stress of football season and all the fun we had in the office and working the games. Then I remembered why I wasn't doing all of that anymore...and it was worth it!

All the "Fall" stuff
We are a little behind, but I wanted to make sure to include all our October activities. So, here they are in the correct order...so start from the bottom if you want to see them in order. There are A LOT of pictures...sorry about that!
Costume Fun
I didn't realize until this year that there are SO many other times for kids to wear their costumes than just Halloween night. Maycee was just learning the ropes this year, so she only dressed up three times. First, we headed to the Daybreak trunk or treat...next it was the trunk or treat at KC's parents ward...and finally Halloween (not just the night, pretty much all day).

Cookies are good too! Maycee and her monkey friend Paityn

HALLOWEEN
She was making a mad getaway with all of Grandpa's candy... then stopped for a snackPumpkins everywhere!
There is a great pumpkin patch down the street from our house. Such a fun tradition we started last year with the Osmonds! Maycee loved the wheelbarrow and the corn maze. Didn't seem to care which pumpkin we chose for her...but tried to pick up few that were the same size as her. Thanks for the fun night Osmonds!

Which old Witch?
Just like most every one in the Salt Lake Valley we headed over to Gardner Village to take a gander a the witches. Maycee wasn't too excited about the witches...pretty scared of them actually. By the end she was okay with them as long as there was a fence between her and those crazy looking ladies!!

We're All Together Again...
Sally's Dad's side of the family has a hard time getting everyone (or at least a large majority) together. So when it happens it needs to be documented. On Labor Day weekend (I know it was a while ago) we all got together for some eating, playing and lots of chatting. So great to see all of you!! Hope its not too long before it happens again!!

A little stinky, hot, lots of walking = the zoo
What would a summer be without a trip to the zoo? Maycee first experience at the zoo was pretty much the norm. We saw most of the animals, made appropriate noises for each animal, and took a train ride. We only got to see one of the new babies, so maybe we will have to make another trip before the snow comes.
